Woodford County Health Department Board of Health Votes to Reduce Services to Adjust to State of Illinois’ Lack of Payments
On Thursday, June 17, 2010, the Woodford County Health Department Board of Health voted to decline the contract with the Department of Human Services for Family Case Management, Teen Parent Services and Healthworks for FY 11 that starts July 1st. The Woodford County Health Department projects an annual loss of income for these services of approximately $117,000. Staff reductions have been made, effective July 2, 2010, to adjust to the reduced funding level.
